Examine what is really important in your life to move forward. Learn how to reflect and set goals.

I’ll show you the tools and techniques that I use on a daily basis and the questions and prompts that I use to self-reflect and move forward with intention.

We’ll tap into the power of movement and breath to ‘reset’ ourselves and let go of the past year.

Enjoy this time to focus and reflect on your own journey. Be part of a supportive group and follow a tested roadmap to help you navigate change.

This online mini-retreat includes:

  • 2 sessions of yoga (a gentle Hatha and a longer Yin).
  • Meditation and pranayama (breathwork).
  • Working with positive affirmations.
  • Writing prompts to help you find your purpose and focus.

Why work with me? 

I’m passionate about helping people become more confident, joyful and stress-free.

I have been a yoga practitioner since the late 90s; forever a student, I am passionate about sharing what I know with kindness and humour. 

My classes provide a slow-paced, mindful experience that will give you time to sink into poses and become more aware of your own body and mind. Getting to know yourself better in the process.

I believe in adapting the movement to the body, not the other way around and I propose a practice to awaken your intuition and creativity.

As a  theatre practitioner, a director, producer and performer, I am used to the ups and downs of a freelancer’s life. The yoga tools I’ve learned, mindful breathing, self-reflection and journaling can help us become more resilient and navigate life with courage and a sense of purpose.

We can all achieve a more meaningful and joyful life using yoga tools. Be your own template.
