I’m passionate about helping people become more confident, joyful and stress-free.
My classes provide a slow-paced, mindful experience that will give you time to sink into poses and become more aware of your own body and mind. Getting to know yourself better in the process.
I believe in adapting the movement to the body, not the other way around and I propose a practice to awaken your intuition and creativity.
As a theatre practitioner, a director, producer and performer, I am used to the ups and downs of a freelancer’s life. The yoga tools I’ve learned, mindful breathing, self-reflection and journaling can help us become more resilient and navigate life with courage and a sense of purpose.

I made a few discoveries that I wouldn’t have made if I hadn’t been prompted to look a little closer at hopes and wishes for the new year.
I came out of all sessions refreshed and like I’ve achieved something.
I learnt a lot about how to reflect and goal set constructively. Also learnt a lot about myself and the areas of my life that were tended to last year and what may need work this year.
Aside from the yoga, which was the right balance of relaxing and energising, my biggest takeaway was the realisation through journaling that I achieved much more in 2020 than I gave myself credit for.

I truly believe that we can access deeper levels of creativity and intuition when we move our bodies. Creating different ‘shapes’ from our habitual patterns will help us look at things differently too.
